The warm and comfortable living room invites you to have a wonderful vacation here.	Another nice feature of this home is the Blue Marlin Carriage House which is only reserved with larger parties at the Pelican Roost as it uses the 2nd Bathroom in the home. It has two queen futons, a small kitchenette and it;s own TV and VCR. It's a great place to put the kids so they can enjoy their own music and games without the parents having to listen in. The Hot Tub is in the Garden next to the patio.
The ocean is a 3-minute walk from the house and just a few minutes north is the wonderful Natural Bridges State Park.
