  5. UCC, simply stated, are Uniform Commercial Code filings that tell you whether others have filed a claim against the same collateral. We search by names, AKAs, and DBAs. (AKA=also known as/ DBA=doing business as)
  6. UCC for Business helps gather intelligent data for Federal and State compliance requirements. Integrating fraud and credit risks give insight of financial risk factors to “Know Who Your Customers Are”. This keeps a business in Compliance with Section 326 of the “USA Patriot Act”, requiring financial institutions and others to implement customer identification.
  7. Federal Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) filing information.
  8. Post-Mortem forensic accounting for Estates, Spouses, relatives, and interested parties.
